Colour Scheme Generator

Want to generate color schemes for your website? This is my favourite colour scheme generator. It generates palettes to create good-looking and well balanced and harmonic web pages and any other color design.
Color Scheme Designer 3 – enter the html code (ie: #0000ff is the code for blue) for the colour you want to use and you get shades of that colour and colours that will also compliment that colour. I love it!

How do you work out colour schemes?
